Skeet Shooting From High At Station Five
Hi, my name is Don Snyder, Executive Director of the National Skeet Shooting Association, on behalf of ExpertVillage.com.
We’re located in the skeet field of the National Shooting Complex here in San Antonio, Texas, and what we are about to do is engage high house five on a skeet field.
Now the advertised lead on this is approximately three feet. Again, I’ve been using fingers as what you should look for to equate to that three feet from the muzzle to the target. The muzzle of the shotgun should approximately be three fingers in front of the target.
Remember if you’re looking at the target, the gun will flow smoothly, you’ll see your three fingers, pull the trigger, keep you head down, stay smooth, and follow through on the shot. I’ll demonstrate the shot now. “Pull”! And that should be a completed successful shot at high five.
