Skeet Shooting From Low At Station Five
Hi, my name is Don Snyder, Executive Director of the National Skeet Shooting Association, on behalf of ExpertVillage.com.
We’re here to demonstrate to you the shot on station five, the low house. The low house shot requires approximately two foot of lead, or two fingers in front of the target. Now the key here to remember is just like on every other station, it’s extremely important to look at the target, stay totally focused on the target, get two fingers out in front of the target, and pull the trigger.
I’ll demonstrate the shot now. “Pull”! And that should be a successful shot at low house five.
You’ll notice that I came back about three quarters of the way to the window, the eyes looked back into the window, pick up the flash of the target, move the gun the instant you see the target, see your two fingers’ lead, and pull the trigger, follow through, and the target should break.
